Intelligent Solutions Embedded
CiberSense builds and implements AI-enabled enterprise software that actually gets used. Custom development, ERP consultancy, and two products in production: CloudSchool for education and CiberERP for business — every system shipped with intelligence embedded.

Three ways we work with you
Whether you need a system built from nothing, an ERP rollout rescued, or a product you can run from day one — the same team handles it.
Intelligence comes standard. Automation comes next.
Two services, one idea. Enabling puts intelligence inside the systems your team already opens. Automation goes further and does the work — agents that finish a job end to end and hand you a draft to approve rather than acting behind your back.
Intelligence inside the systems you already open
We get your data, permissions and people ready, then embed intelligence where the work already happens — no separate AI tool for staff to remember, no chatbot bolted on the side. Every system we build or implement ships this way.
Forecasting
Demand, cash flow and enrolment predicted from your own history — not industry averages.
Anomaly alerts
Unusual transactions, stock movements and attendance dips flagged before they become problems.
Ask in plain language
Type a question, get the report. No query builder, no waiting for month-end.
Data & access readiness
Clean, permissioned data with an audit trail — the unglamorous work that decides whether any of the rest can be trusted.
Agents that finish the work, inside your rules
Where enabling advises, automation acts: agents that carry a multi-step job from start to finish, handle the exceptions they can, and stop at the ones they cannot. We scope to one workflow with a number attached, prove it, then widen.
Agentic workflows
Multi-step jobs run end to end — read the inputs, decide within your rules, act, and log every step taken.
Document processing
Invoices, applications and forms read, matched to the right record and filed automatically — your data stays yours.
Draft for approval
The agent prepares, a person presses send. Nothing customer-facing leaves the building on its own.
Exception routing
The routine finishes itself; anything unusual stops and lands on the right desk with its context attached.
Gartner expects more than 40% of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027 — usually for unclear value or weak controls, not weak models. That is why automation work starts at one workflow with a number attached to it, and widens only once that number moves.
Software we own, so support never gets outsourced
The school management system your staff will actually open
Everything a school runs on — admissions, family-linked student records, fee vouchers and collections, attendance, exams, report cards and certificates — in one cloud platform. One parent login covers every sibling, owners see every campus on a single group dashboard, and AI surfaces fee risk, attendance dips and result trends before they reach your office.
One system for inventory, finance and everything between
A modular ERP that runs the whole business: inventory with lots and warehouses, purchasing, sales and point-of-sale, CRM and quotations, and finance from invoicing through bank reconciliation, multi-currency and revenue recognition — with e-invoicing compliance built in for Saudi Arabia. Switch modules on as you grow; forecasting, anomaly alerts and plain-language reporting come standard.

Cybernetics and sensibility, in that order
Our motto is embedded in our name that consists of two words ‘Ciber’ and ‘Sense’. We aim to develop and use intelligent electronic systems to supplement human senses in order to improve the experience of mankind on planet Earth.
Cybernetics gives us the systems thinking — control, feedback, models of how a business actually behaves. Sensibility keeps us close to the people using the software every day.
Understand the process
We map how work moves through your business today, including the spreadsheets nobody mentions.
Scope and prototype
A working prototype and a fixed scope before development starts, so budget conversations stay short.
Build and migrate
Two-week increments you can see, with data migration and staff training running alongside.
Support and evolve
SLA-backed support from the same engineers, plus a roadmap that keeps pace with your business.
Where our systems already run
Ten years of ERP work leaves you with domain knowledge, not just code. These are the sectors we know the vocabulary of.
“Placeholder for a client quote — the strongest one you have about a go-live that landed on time.”
Questions we get before the first call
It is modular and we own the source, so customisation is normal work rather than a special request. Most clients start with a standard configuration and add their own workflows in later phases.
A single-site rollout on a standard configuration usually reaches a working pilot in about six weeks. Multi-site or heavily customised programmes are planned in phases so value arrives before the whole scope is finished.
Yes. We start with a short technical and process audit, tell you plainly what is worth keeping, and then agree a recovery plan with a fixed first milestone.
Concrete features, not a chatbot bolted on: demand and cash-flow forecasting, anomaly alerts, plain-language report queries and document automation. Models are trained on your data, and your data stays yours.
Cloud by default, on your own servers where policy requires it. Backups, access control and an export path out of our systems are part of every contract.
Tell us what is slowing your business down
A 30-minute call with an engineer, not a salesperson. You will leave it with an honest read on scope, timeline and cost.
